D3 Limited Edition Helmet

The Troy Lee Designs D3 Carbon Fiber Limited Edition Helmet is no exception, jamming smart features, comfort, and a screaming Flo Yellow version if its Pinstripe II design scheme into an excellent full-face brain-saver.

The D3 CF is made with Troy Lee's carbon composite shell. Carbon composite has become the dream material for helmets because of its light weight and incredible durability. This being the carbon composite version, it’s accented with titanium hardware for light weight, strength, and additional bling. The helmet comes with two visors, so you can pop a new one on in the event of a serious digger. TLD also threw in a custom helmet bag to protect the incredible paint job that this limited edition D3 sports.

Full incremental sizing, rather than a cheesy adjustment system, gives the D3 a completely custom feel. Dual-density shock pads provide luxurious comfort and unprecedented protection. Thanks to an intelligent design, the D3 exceeds CPSC 1203, CE EN 1077, CE EN 1078, ASTM F1952, and ASTM F2040 safety standards. In other words, you’re giving your brain the absolute best chance of walking away from harrowing crashes unscathed. Troy Lee's comfort liner is completely removable, washable, and replaceable, so you don't have to buy a new helmet if the liner gets irreparably funky. The liner is also made with CoolMax and Dri-Lex moisture-wicking materials to keep your head dry and cool while you ride. And Troy Lee also equipped the D3 with quick-release cheek pads to make the helmet easier to remove in case of an emergency.

And Troy Lee didn't stop at padding to make the D3 the most comfortable helmet on the market. The D3's ventilation system keeps the air flowing with an advanced intake/exhaust system. Twenty high-flow intake and exhaust ports, together with a new, deeper EPS channeling system provide cooling airflow through the helmet.

The Troy Lee Designs D3 Limited Edition Helmet comes in six sizes, from X-Small to XX-Large, and is available only in the Flo Yellow Pinstripe II scheme.
