Solid
I've been using my Thule T2 Pro rack for over 6 years. The rack has no wobble at the hitch and makes for a super smooth ride even with it fully loaded on rough accesses roads. I rarely take the rack off my truck so it is exposed to daily driving and the elements over 300days a year. Highly recommend this rack.

Awesome bike rack
Love my Thule T2 PRO XTR. Thule thinks of everything. Just bought kayak holders too. Have had a ski carrier for eonsđ. I just need another key for bike rack where it locks into 2" hitch...lost mineđąđ«Ł

Mixed
This rack is a beast to assemble in my view. It will not raise and lower predictably and there is a scant instruction manual and no user manual at all. I am struggling to get the umbrella handle to move and this moment my bike is stuck on the rack until I figure it out. I have used several Thule racks for bikes and kayaks over the years and this rack was not a great choice for me, I am 100 percent frustrated. Once properly on, the bike is held securely.

Poor security cable
I've used this rack twice. When I secured my bike and went to wrap the cable, the entire assembly came out in my hand. I didn't pull on it very hard but yet, the lock, cable, and spring came out of the bar. I can see that it was secured inside the bar with just a thin piece of plastic. Convenient design perhaps, but if a slight tug can break it, I don't trust it at all. I may be regretting this purchase.

Blow away by how great it is
I love this rack. We used to carry our bikes in an old van. I loved how easy it was to wheel them right into the back. When we had to retire the van I tried to find something that would be as easy and there just aren't many choices. We finally went with a Subaru and that dream was gone. I bought this rack in desperation and it's so, so much better than I ever thought it could be--even better than the van. It's just so thoughtfully designed! It only takes seconds to get the bikes on. They're secure and nothing is rubbing against my carbon fiber or nice paint job. The dirt stays out of the car. I could go on and on. There are only a couple of products in my life that are so delightful that I think about how happy they make me every time I use them--this is one. A home run for Thule.

Great Rack but heavy
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This is a great sturdy rack but it's heavy. It's very easy to put together and very easy to take on an off the vehicle. One con is that the cable locks don't reach the frame of my mountain bike so it only allows me to lock around the fork.

Best Bike Rack I've owned
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
After much research I landed on this bike rack. I've had it for a month and it's been working great, better than any other I've had. It's easy to get bikes in and out of it, I really like being able to tilt it down to allow access to the tailgate with bikes on it. Being able to fold it up when I don't have bikes on it is great too, that way I don't have to keep pulling it off my truck. I also like the way it attaches to the hitch and the hitch locking mechanism. All in all a great bike rack, I highly recommend it.

Missing part
I bought it but it won't screw in my hitch. Then the rack shakes so much I am afraid my bike will fall. I can't figure out what the screw is supposed to screw in.

Thule T2 Pro XTR
Great Bike Rack, but I agree with one of the reviews regarding the front tire coming off the rack. The first time it happened I was going over a bridge on the Thruway and the front tire came out and I was dragging my front tire on the road. The second time was in Vermont going up a dirt road and the same thing happened. I now use a rubber tie strap around the front tire securing it down. It is an EMTB, weighing 55 lbs, so maybe that's the problem. I have a carbon frame, so only bike racks that touch the tires are acceptable.

What is the max weight capacity of the bicycle the rack with the 2" receiver will hold. I'm looking for a rack that I can use for my electric bikes. Thank you
