Great company!
I had an issue with a previous roof rack and they remedied the issue with minimal effort. My new sport roof rack is sexy, sleek, and allows me to have more fun! I love it. I love this company, I highly recommend Thule products.

Works perfect for me.
I liked the idea of a cargo box that still leaves room for something like a bike carrier on the remaining space on my car's rails. I needed this to take two boys and their hockey gear up to Canada for a tournament using my small car. The Thule Force XT Sport fit three carry-on size rolly bags and the boys' hockey sticks. The hockey bags fit in the trunk. Putting the cargo box on is a snap and doesn't take long at all. It's not heavy and can be handled by one person without two much trouble. I also like the idea of having a matte finish so I don't have to worry about scratches like you would from a gloss finish. If you don't have tons of luggage and gear this is a really great size cargo box.

Easy install
I bought this for my wife's Subaru Crosstrek to hold skis and snowboards for our move to Alaska. It holds onto the Thule wing bars with 4 clamps that tighten down with a dial and holds securely. Took about 5min and it's light enough that either her or myself can take it off and reposition it ourselves

Love This Roof Box!
My partner and I kept running into the issue of bringing friends up to the mountain this Winter and not having enough space inside the car for all the people and gear. This completely solved the issue! Now we can pack the car top to bottom and we love it. The install was super easy and it's been wonderful having this Thule be a new piece of our outdoor lifestyle. We're stoked to take it on camping/climbing trips this Spring and Summer so that we can sleep in the car if need be now! As far as people saying it's not waterproof I have no idea what they're talking about, we've been driving up to 80 MPH in rain, sleet, snow, and hail all coming in sideways and our skis and poles have been bone dry this whole time. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is there is a design flaw where the Thule can pool up rain water while sitting still in the rain and when you open it it happens to dump right in the middle/on your hands. For this reason we carry a towel with us to wipe it off before loading and unloading if the car has been sitting. Other than that, it's a wonderful piece of gear that has done us well so far!

Love it
I got this particular cargo box because I needed to transport my large sit-on-top kayak and the cargo box for a move. It looks small but it stores a large amount of gear. Installation was simple. I love it!

Ideal for extra camping storage
I use this box for 2 different purposes: camping and fishing. Originally I had this box on my honda accord. It was great for storing lighter bulk items like my tent, sleeping bag, pillows, camping chairs, and our duffel bags. For fishing this was a better alternative than using the passthrough from my trunk to the inside of the 2nd row. I am able to store most of my fishing stuff minus 6' and longer fishing rods (for those I use a roof mounted ski holder). I've had this rack for over 4 years and haven't had any issues.

Great Addition!
I am using the XT sport for the first time this year and so far I really am enjoying it. It was very easy to install, adds a lot of extra storage, and is very quiet when traveling.

Bad locking mechanism?
We bought our roof box two years ago. It provides nice storage for our large family for road trips. I tried to use the box last week and was unable to get it open from either side while the box was horizontal. I stored it in our garage standing up on the back-end on foam so as to not scratch the box. Perhaps storing it in this manner messed up the locking mechanism. I don't know. I was only able to get it open with the box vertical. As soon as I put it on the roof or rested it horizontally, I was not able to open/unlock it. Disappointed because the timing was terrible and we got two family trips out of it. If there is any way to replace the locks without buying a new roof rack, I'm all ears!

Just an OK box.
Used this box for two years before I sold it and replaced it with a different brand. The box looked good, had plenty of space, and, contrary to other reviews, I never had any issues with the locks as long as the lid was fully seated and no straps were caught in them. It is kind of loud (wind noise), but the worst thing about it was water leaks. Even in light rains, water would leak through the clasps that attached it to my crossbars and through the holes cut to allow the forward/rear sliding adjustment bars to slide. I didn’t notice this when I bought it, but if I had, I would never had purchased it. It’s such a stupidly designed gaping hole for rainwater to blow into, and the box has no way for water to drain out, so if driving many hours in the rain, your stuff ends up wet. Make sure to check how the box you want to buy adjust to fit differently spaced crossbars, and make sure they don’t just cut a hole in the box for the adjusting rods to pass through.

The locks are HORRIBLE
If I open the box it takes me at least 15 mins to get it closed climbing around my car like an idiot. If I’m paying this much for something it should be easy to use. I 100% regret purchasing it simply because the locks are so poorly made it makes it miserable to use.
