Why We Like The Specialized Romin Evo Pro Mirror Saddle
For cyclists who prefer an aggressive race-inspired position during any ride, we recommend the Specialized Romin Evo Pro Mirror Saddle for its unmatched comfort and high-performance technologies. With mirror technology and body geometry, a 3D printed matrix creates a unique concave shell with a hammock effect that helps reduce pressure by letting the saddle support our weight instead of the tissue around our sit bones.

Latest and most comfortable Romin saddle
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
So far this is the most comfortable version of the Romin saddle and I have used them for years. This replaced my prior carbon-rail Romin EVO, which broke. The Ti rails should be much more durable. The 3D printing is partially a marketing feature but also functional. It's the saddle shape that already worked for me, plus gives some extra comfort and compliance. Not too squishy, just enough.

Happy fanny
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I have several evo mirror 3D printed saddles. Best comfort I have found. Cheaper metal rail option actually preferred because carbon rails subject to breaking.

It’s ok
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Feels ok. Looks ok. A bit pricey for an ok saddle. Not the most comfortable if you ride mostly in an aero position but better than many of the others I’ve tried. Don’t really notice a benefit to the 3D printied holes.
