Portal Helmet
Your everyday ride just got a little safer with the Smith Portal Helmet. Designed for those looking to hit the pavement as often as possible — but maybe not to chase down the podium, the Portal makes the perfect partner in crime on afternoon cruises and weekend coffee rides alike. It packs in 18-vents to keep you comfortable on the ride, and an adjustable VaporFit system that dials things in for the perfect fit while you hammer up climbs, and carve your way down canyon roads.
Designed with the everyday rider in mind, Smith crafts the Portal with an in-mold polycarbonate shell, and ample EPS foam to absorb impacts. Underneath the EPS is a lightweight layer of XT2 performance lining, offering moisture-wicking and odor fighting properties that keep you feeling fresh when you work up a sweat. The front of the helmet is designed with Smith's unique AirEvac ventilation system, constructed to allow airflow underneath your sunglasses to prevent fogging on warm and humid days.
