The uppers are constructed using an eco-friendly, durable Microtech microfiber mesh, backed with a water-resistant and breathable Gore-Tex membrane. The membrane blocks cold winds and precipitation while remaining breathable to let heat and moisture escape during hard riding, preventing you from getting clammy when your body temp rises and perspiration develops during more intense efforts. The ankle has a tall neoprene cuff with a hook-and-loop closure to further improve protection from the elements, while Sidi's effective Tecno-3 closure provides an even tension across the foot with micro-adjustment capabilities and a quick release action.

Being a performance winter shoe for mountain biking, cross, and gravel, Sidi incorporates their MTB competition sole made of stiff nylon with polyurethane inserts. It delivers efficient power transfer, with a tread shape that allows good grip on any surface and proficient mud-shedding capabilities. Further enhancing power transfer is the molded heel cup that keeps your foot in the optimal position for pedaling, while resisting deformation from extreme performance and prolonged pressure.
