Great upgrade and value

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought these shoes on sale from Competitive Cyclist. Was wanting to upgrade my shoes from my entry level Giro Cadet shoes. I wear a 42 in Giro and ordered the 42 in these shoes and they fit perfect. there is enough room in toe box. I have normal width feet. I love the extra arch support pads that same with the shoes. The sole is very stiff, what a difference from my old shoes! Went out for a sprint session on my first ride with these. They are so comfortable all the way around. I am very pleased with this purchase!

The Best Bike Shoes I've Ever Worn!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I think I have hard-to-fit feet. My left foot is a bit wider than the right. I have also had a few surgeries over the past five or ten years that includes some hardware and fusion. My former bike shoes were expensive, but quite painful for this left foot. I was often getting blisters or calluses on my toes. When I saw the Shimano shoe, I contacted a gearhead who told me that this shoe does have a larger toe box than my previous shoes. I cannot be more pleased. I feel as if I could wear them for several hours without discomfort. My usual ride is a little over two. This shoe has not let me down. I love them more now that they are broken in. This is a perfect shoe for people with hard-to-fit feet.

Comfortable, attractive and stiff

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Size Bought:
40

These were bought for my wife to replace her Fizik R1's. She found them much more comfortable, especially in the toe box where the Fizik were causing her trouble. The heel grip is great and the arch support with a range of height adjustments is a big plus as well. The shoes look great in white. I thought the pearlescent finish would be weird, but it is subtle and give a little character to the appearance. With a white sole, we were concerned they would get dirty and scuffed looking easily, but they are holding up well. Highly recommended as a top-line road shoe.
