What's smaller than a breadbox, durable as a rock (well, that's kind of an exaggeration), and fit for overpronaters? The Saucony Women's Guide 10 Light Stability Running Shoe. Capable of handling the rigorous training routine that is required of full or half marathons, the Guide 10 is the newest update in the Guide lineage, and features minimal change in the overall construction. However, it does have a few minor updates to help you run more comfortably.

To start, the Guide 10 is now equipped with a full seamless upper, in turn providing on-the-go breathability and a dynamic fit for unencumbered mobility as you run. The upper has FlexFilm overlays for structural support, without causing blisters or tacking on unnecessary weight. Meanwhile, the Everun midsole continues to disperse impact and offers enhanced energy return, allowing you to make the most of your stride. However, new to this year is an added midfoot structure, which holds and supports your foot as you propel yourself towards the next mile marker. The 8mm drop maintains a smooth transition, and the Tri-Flex outsole promotes flexibility and traction underfoot. Additionally, the Tri-Flex outsole no longer features the decoupled areas along the medial and heel sides of the shoe (as it once touted in the 9), in turn providing better stability.
