Chameleon MX Mountain Bike Frame

From jump lines to trail riding, when we're looking for a lively, lightweight ride, we don't hesitate to jump on the Santa Cruz Chameleon. Centered around an aluminum frame, the Chameleon is a workhorse of a hardtail ready to take on anything the trail can throw at it. The low-slung top tube, long reach, and progressive geometry make this hardtail super capable and a blast to ride on the trail. The Chameleon is compatible with 29-inch or 27.5-inch wheels in the rear and features interchangeable dropouts that allow us to turn this ripper into a full-fledged single-speed dirt jumper or a big-geared trail slayer. With a slack 65-degree head tube angle, the Chameleon is confident when the trail points down, and size-specific seat tube angles ensure every rider gets a perfectly centered seat tube angle for efficient climbing. A triple-bolt cargo cage on the bottom side of the downtube allows us to convert our Chameleon into a bikepacking rig, and a bottle cage inside the front triangle ensures we can take along a water bottle.
