Prince Disk Ultegra Di2 Road Bike

Pinarello's Prince Disk Ultegra Di2 Road Bike is the underdog of road racing, where so much of the brand's attention is with the legendary Dogma. With a different carbon construction, and paired with Shimano's Ultegra Di2 drivetrain for precise electronic shifting, the Prince brings Pinarello quality to a wider range of riders, and much of the same DNA we see in the race-hungry Dogma. This is a road machine ready for the races, whether we're breaking away from the pack to sprint onward or pushing to be first across the finish line.

Pinarello's standard disc version of the Prince is built with T700 carbon fiber for a superb ride quality that doesn't make any sacrifices for frame weight. We appreciate that this option affords us a significant amount of ride comfort for longer stage races and weekend epics with the crew. We know that comfort is not the most important thing when it comes to racing, but it doesn't hurt when we're mid-race, downing an electrolyte gel, and praying to the bike gods for pedaling power.

Like the Dogma, the Prince shares frame features like asymmetrical carbon tubing, thru-axles on the front and rear, and aerodynamic fins at the fork dropouts. These features give us every advantage when it comes to power transfer, stiffness, and wind-slicing speed, respectively. We won't be wasting strength on a noodly frame, and we won't feel that resistance when it comes to air turbulence as the wind passes the wheel.

Shimano's Ultegra Di2 finds that sweet spot of race-level performance without that pro-level price tag attached. The shifting is precise and reliable, and we can easily customize our preferences with Shimano's app to use either synchro-shift or standard. Shimano's Ultegra disc brakes offer highly capable speed control even when the weather takes a turn for the worst, and Most cockpit components complete the built for lightweight and aero-focused finishing touches.
