Expedition Bib Short combines dual-density chamois, raw-edge comfort, and cargo pockets for gravel adventures

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"When I’m heading out for an all-day gravel ride or a multi-day bikepacking trip, I count on the Expedition Bib Short. The ELITE Levitate 3D chamois delivers exceptional support, even after hours in the saddle, and the raw-edge construction eliminates pressure points. The storage is a game-changer—thigh cargo pockets keep my essentials close, while rear strap pockets give me extra options when I ditch a jersey. These bibs are built to perform, whether I’m covering big miles or just exploring new roads."

Designed for adventure-seekers and endurance riders, the Expedition Bib Short is built for long days in the saddle. The durable, stretch-woven main fabric provides a compressive yet unrestrictive fit, while the raw-edge bib straps and leg openings enhance comfort by minimizing bulk and friction.

At the core of this bib short is the ELITE Levitate 3D chamois—a dual-density pad engineered to absorb vibration and reduce sit bone discomfort over rough terrain. Whether we’re tackling gravel roads, dirt trails, or endless pavement, this chamois keeps us comfortable through it all.

What sets the Expedition Bib apart is its storage versatility. Two thigh cargo pockets and rear strap pockets let us stash ride essentials, nutrition, or extra layers without relying on a jersey. BioViz® reflective details provide added safety when we’re riding in low-light conditions, ensuring we stay seen from up to 100 meters away. With a 10.5-inch inseam and an eco-conscious construction, these bibs are built for high-mileage days, bikepacking adventures, and everything in between.

My Favorite Bibs

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I just ordered another pair of these in the Dark Sea color. I have used my current pair for about a year and just love them. I am 6'1" 200lbs and the XL fits prefect. Best feature: the shoulder straps have great stretch, which makes going to the bathroom so much easier. As long I don't overload the side pockets, they hold snacks well.
