Very Disappointing
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I bought this light as a back up and I cannot get the light to stay on during my entire ride even when fully charged. I also find it difficult to turn on and then to get to the setting that I want. I'll be the first to say that it might be user error, but I don't think so. This light is going to be given away.

Excellent Cycling Light from NiteRider
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
The Vmax+150 Rear Light is a wonderful upgrade to the alkaline battery powered tail light that performed admirably for me until it was lost after breaking-free from my saddlebag. The Vmax+150 is compact and quite powerful compared to that predecessor rear light. In particular, I value the compact size because now there is room to position the mounting strap & light below my saddlebag on the bike seat post/frame. The variety of run modes (6) is also useful for choosing the right setting when biking solo or on a group ride or during different times of the day. The mounting strap is of high quality and appears to the same for most of the NiteRider tail lights. I know this because my NiteRider Solas 30 rear light acquired nearly ten years ago came with the identical mounting strap which I've saved and can now attach to my other bike to facilitate using the Vmax+150 on whatever set of wheels I decide to ride.
