When you'r heading out for a pedal-heavy day it can take some convincing to layer up with body armor, but with the Kali Protectives Mission Knee Guard it's not so hard. These durable, lightweight knee pads shield you from chunky rock gardens, and trail debris, but are built to be pedaled, with stretchy mesh backing, and silicone grippers at the top and bottom to secure things into place when you power up a backcountry deer trail to see where it leads. With your knees covered, and your skin breathing, bushwacking up mountain sides has never been easier.

He needed some pedaling light weight ones. Loves them and wears them all of the time. Uses bigger one for shuttle days, but he's a fan.

I did not use these. I bought these because they seemed like a great value for the money. They will do the job, but I wanted more solid protection for my knees, and these are just semi-thick padding. I didn't feel comfortable trusting my knees to these so I am buying something else with harder padding. They'll probably be fine for basic trail riding, but that's all.
