Why We Like The Fox Racing Flexair Ascent Short

The Fox Racing Flexair Ascent Short is built to keep us cool, dry, and comfortable on our high-speed off-road pursuits. Whether those are drop-bar grinders or singletrack laps is left up to us. The lightweight dissolvable mesh material is highly ventilated for maximum airflow on every ride, and the Race Ratchet closure ensures our shorts stay right where we put them, no matter how rough the ride gets.

The Race Ratchet closure rubs my tummy

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

After a 3 hour ride coaching a NICA team i have a sore spot on the stomach. This happens every time. The shorts are not too tight since i have to use most of the ratchet and they are comfortable. They also are not too loose, once i get the ratchet right they start in place. i have found that i have to pull my chamois liner shorts up and over the waist band of these shorts to prevent the ratchet from rubbing.
