As the outgoing Impact Shoe's achieved renowned status among the big-bike set, Five Ten's VXi looks to keep the reputation going strong for another decade. Now using the Stealth MI6 rubber outsole, this Impact boasts 50-percent more shock absorption and damping than the competition.

This gives you tons of grip so your feet stay firmly planted on the pedals and the compound also provides grip when scrambling up a sketchy sections. Additionally, this compound is extremely durable to resist damage from traction pins. Furthering the new Impact VXi from the old model is a revised upper.

It's now slimmed down, yet it provides more protection than the original. The result is a 25-percent weight savings. To ensure the VXi's ready for the next ride, a quick-dry hydrophobic upper not only resists stream and puddle crossings, but helps rid the shoe of perspiration. The Five Ten Impact VXi Shoe comes in full and half sizes from 6.0 to 14.0, with two colors available; Team Black and Sam Hill.
