Clamp system sucks

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Only tightens to spec in one position if you want to change tilt you will inevitably under tighten or over tighten one of the two screws, had it 2 years still same problem, LBS (Enve dealer) mechs won?t touch it . Looks nice, well made and will hold saddle tight when toques time spec but, like I said, won?t adjust tilt with both bolts tightened to spec. Also has 2 different wedges so to be fair I guess there?s 2 possible angles to choose from. If I had to do it over again I would probably not buy. Enve has great customer service they offered to adjust for me but I do not have exact degree measurements to give them. On my own, and with others help it just has not been adjustable, luckily the preset position works well enough for me so I left it alone. Looks silky smooth on the bike :)
