Shimtastic!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I ordered these shims after reviewing some people experiencing issues with the Cane Creek 40 Series headset. I didn't experience those issues but I am glad these shims were availible and for a reasonable price.

No more rattle in the headset.

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I was unable to properly tighten a cane creek 40 headset (inset) in specialized hardtail. Either too loose or too tight, never able to get the sweet spot. The shim spacer isn't actually intended to be used with the headset according to cane creek, but it fixed my issue and the headset is smooth as butter!
