Very good - great for trails

I tried a few sizes, kept what would typically be a downsize. Recently wore in Yellowstone - carried bear spray in back, as well as my shirt, water and an iPhone 11 in front, with keys hooked into a side pouch - perfect. A little bounce, probably unavoidably, but great compared to other carriers I’ve tried.

Good product

I bought this belt few weeks ago and since then it has been with me on every run. Number of pockets is a big plus of this product. The mesh is also very felxible and feels strong. Zipped pocket fits quite large phone (~16x7.5cm) with wired headphones attached and there is still some room left for flat items.Water bottle is easy to get in/out and additional flexible cord helps to keep it in place. I had only a few situations where bottle started to leak (common problem with flexible bottels). Most of the time it was due to crookedly inserted (twisted) bottle and putting it in correct (flat) position helped. There was also no problem with a bad ("plasticy") taste of the water from the bottle. Material of the belt does not hurt the body and there are no "unevenness" which can scratch the skin.

Purchased for Sanitary Hydration in the Workplace

After a recent health scare, my physician recommended an increase in my water intake. I bought the Ultra Belt for use at my workplace in an environment where water bottle use may be unsanitary due to direct contact with clients. Even with gloves to protect everyone, I don't want to touch my own water bottle with those gloves. The Ultra Belt is discreet and comfortable. The only feature I misunderstood - the water delivery is not the tube I am used to with CamelBak. The Quick Straw can be purchased separately but I would love to purchase the full tubing. Ultimately, I may have to go to a full size waist belt but I do still really like the Ultra Belt and recommend it for short distance exercise or errand running.

Clumsy

Just don’t care for this. It is wide on waist, and very bulky. Hard to get water in and out.

almost my perfect product...

I've been looking for a running belt for some time and a store flat water 'bottle'. I bought by Ultra belt from a high street shop in October 2019. Sadly, I've not been able to use the 'bottle' ever. From day one, there was a strong ?rubbery (whatever material it's made from) odour, which on my first use tainted the taste of the water and I had to throw it out and use a plastic bottle suppled by the event. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I thought it might just be a matter of time for the odour to wear off. But after many dozens of washes with soapy water, leaving the 'bottle' open etc. the odour persists. I tried it yet again yesterday and again I couldn't drink the water because it has been tainted again. Has anyone else had this issue and if it's a manufacturers material fault, can I have a replacement as this is unusable after 2 months. I can't see anywhere on the Camelbak site to contact directly, so hope this will be specifically addressed. The belt is perfect, apart from this 'bottle' problem.

Amazing belt! A design and tech video is needed.

No clue why CamelBak doesn’t do design and feature videos on their stuff. It’s crazy. Your videos should show features and how to use a product not pro runners you guys sponsor running through the woods. This belt is great. Key features I love: front zip pocket that holds an iPhone plus but also keeps it dry from sweat. I love the included water bladder and how it lays flat against the back. I love the gel pockets and how the securely contain everything. The material breaths great. People say because it’s a slip on belt there is no adjustability that’s bs it has two draw strings front and back that can tighten the belt. CamelBak get better videos explaining the design. Get your designers to do them. Runners are not designers and only use the product.

Best I’ve used

I bought mine a month ago and love it. Great design. Holds the 17oz bottle seamlessly. I don’t even know it’s there most runs. Tons of room for snacks, phone, and keys. Perfect for running far.

Wow, this belt is great!

I bought this belt recently with the hopes that it would work for my long rambling walks. Wow, I'm totally blown away with how well it works, there is a pocket for everything and the ability to carry 17-oz of liquid is great. But the best thing is that it sits so solidly does not move, you almost forget that you have it on. Unbelievably comfortable!

Perfect storage

I've used this a few times so far and it gets the job done. It stays in place and is comfortable either against the skin or on top of a shirt without being scratchy. I didn't realize this belt was a continuous loop when I bought it, so you have to pull it over to get it on. At first I thought it would be annoying, but it's easy to get on and off even when it's sweaty. There are so many pockets for gels and the zippered pouch even fits my phone with a case on it. I like the clip for your keys too so they don't wiggle out.

The BEST running belt out there

I've been wear-testing this belt for the last few months during training and races up to 100 miles, and I love it. It carries everything I need: gels, bottles, phone, keys, whatever. It doesn't bounce and it stays in place very well.
