Mille GT Spring Fall Vest - Men's

During the shoulder seasons, having a vest in the apparel arsenal can make the difference between riding in comfort or being too hot or cold, especially when riding over undulating terrain. Riding during the changing seasons can take us a few rides to get used to the newer temps and often a jacket can be too much and a jersey just isn't quite enough. As its name implies, the MILLE GT Spring Fall Vest from Assos is the perfect companion to take on your spring and fall rides.

This lightweight and stretchy package uses the same fabric on its front panel, known as RX, as that found on the long-sleeved version for thermal insulation and moisture transfer. It's a brushed, bi-stretch, knit fabric offering great breathability and wicks sweat away from your body where it can evaporate quickly. It's low volume and weight and ability to offer thermal regulation makes this a key piece for rides in variable conditions. When the roads head up, a Camlock zipper further aids temperature regulation and allows you to put on or take off the vest on the fly. On the shoulders, a distinct Griffe GT pattern adds a unique Assos aesthetic.

The rear of the Mille GT uses Assos' Stripe Tex on the back panel. This new breathable and stretchy circular knit textile is specifically designed to be as light as possible while offering high levels of ventilation. It offers UPF35 protection, helpful on sunny days, and odorControl, so you can get in several rides before throwing it in with the wash. One thing to note is there are no actual pockets, but this gilet comes with practical and cleverly positioned pocket slots that allow access to your regular jersey pockets underneath. They also help increase ventilation between the jersey and vest.
