ARX Team Black Stem

Gone is the trademark red stripe signifying a 3T team-issue stem, which is now available in a sexy, shot-peened, black anodized finish. The 3T ARX Team Black Stem speaks to the racer that needs the supreme lightness and legendary durability of the standard ARX Team, but ultimately prefers a stealthier approach to cockpit color coordination.

3T's ARX Team uses a 7075 T6 3D forged aluminum to maximize its impressive strength-to-weight ratio, which is a significant upgrade from the AL 2010 used on their ARX Pro stem. The steerer clamp and four-bolt bar clamp are beefed up but carefully designed to minimize stress on your steerer tube and handlebars (whether they're carbon or not). The ARX Team also passes the recently increased safety demands of the DIN and CEN certification tests.

You might be surprised to find that the alloy 3T ARX Team weighs in at only a few grams heavier than the top-shelf carbon fiber ARX LTD stem. 3T keeps it light by outfitting the ARX Team with a titanium bolt package. It's available in 10mm increments between 90mm-130mm. It comes in a +/- 6-degree (an 84-degree rise) and in a +/- 17-degree (a 73-degree rise). The stack at the steerer clamp is 40mm tall. It comes in a 31.8mm clamp size only.
